The maintenance and support of London bridge, blackfriars bridge, southwark bridge, tower bridge and the millennium bridge. Any surplus income to be applied: in or towards the provision of transport and access to it for elderly or disabled people in the greater London area; and, or, for other charitable purposes for the general benefit of the inhabitants of greater London in such ways as the trustees think fit.
