The charity is established for the benefit of persons who are or have been engaged in the marketing services industry (the industry) and suppliers whose businesses specialise in providing services to the industry and any persons who have or have at any time been dependent upon any person engaged in the industry, for the following purposes in such ways as shall be exclusively charitable under the laws of England and Wales from time to time, by: (a) The prevention and relief of poverty and financial hardship; (b) The relief of sickness and the promotion of physical and mental health and well-being; (c) The prevention and relief of unemployment; (d) The relief of elderly people who are in need; (e) The advancement of education in the marketing, advertising and creative industries and high professional standards; (f) The promotion of equality and diversity in the industry.
