To promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the residents of dingle, liverpool 8 and the surrounding areas, in particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing:I. To help and educate children and young people particularly through their leisure time activities so as to develop their physical and mental capacities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and that their conditions of life may be improvedii. The relief of poverty, sickness and distressiii. The preservation and protection of good healthiv. To promote the benefit of the said inhabitants by providing facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving their conditions of life.
