What the charity does

In 2021 Misgav's trustees decided to change Misgav's structure to a charitable company. A successor charity was established, registered as Misgav UK Ltd (charity reg. no. 1211067). On 01/04/25, Misgav's operations and assets were transferred to the successor charity.

Charitable objects

1) the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure time occupation for girls and young women who are in need of such provision because of physical, emotional or mental disabilities, with the object of improving their conditions of life.2) the promotion and advancement of education for girls and young women who are in need of such provision because of physical, emotional or mental disabilities, enabling them to acquire the skills and knowledge necessary for them to become integrated into general society, in particular but not exclusively domestic skills.3) to provide respite breaks to parents/carers of young people with disabilities, with the object of improving the conditions of life of the young people with disabilities.4) the promotion of any other exclusively charitable objects and purposes such as the trustees see fit, provided that they are regarded as charitable by the law of England and Wales.
