4.1.1 to provide relief to refugees, asylum seekers and migrants, including theirdependents, living in devon and cornwall who are in conditions of need, hardship ordistress;4.1.2 to preserve and protect the physical and mental health of refugees, asylum seekersand migrants and their dependants resident in devon and cornwall;4.1.3 to advance the education and training of refugees, asylum seekers and migrants andtheir dependants resident in devon and cornwall in need thereof so as to advancethem in life and assist in their rehabilitation within a new community;4.1.4 to advance the education of the public in general about the issues relating torefugees, asylum seekers and migrants; and4.1.5 to promote research into the conditions experienced by refugees, asylum seekers andmigrants in devon and cornwall and to publish the useful results of such research.
