In furtherance of such exclusively charitable purposes as the trustees shall determine and in particular to facilitate:(I) The relief of those in poverty, particularly by reason of natural or manmade disaster;(ii) the education of individuals and groups throughout the world with particular reference to sharing engineering knowledge and expertise.(iii) the reconstruction of infrastructure in developing countries for the benefit ofthe victims of natural and manmade disaster.
