The objects of the cio are:(1) To advance the education and training of the public in different methods of meditation including raja yoga meditation, gyana yoga meditation and karma yoga meditation including an awareness of there distinctive features, enabling people to reduce personal stress and understand and experience different meditational practices.(2) Such charitable purposes for the public benefit as are exclusively charitable according to the laws of England and Wales as the trustees may from time to time determine.
