What the charity does
Action Breaks Silence aims is to create a world where women and girls can live their lives free from male violece. To achieve this we deliver a Train the Trainer Programme with a aim to upskill un/under employed young adults from communities with ecomonic challenges to deliver: 16- hour Primary School Programme to end VAWG and; Empowerment through Self-Defence and Undefining Masculinity Workshops.

The objects of the Charity are to advance education for the public benefit on the prevention of male violence against women and girls, and in particular, but without limitation: - furthering the education of women and girls through the delivery of training in personal safety, self-defence and female empowerment, and- providing communities with information and guidance and raising awareness and educating the public on violence against women and girls, and its prevention.
