(1)The promotion of social inclusion for children, parents and carers, who are socially excluded from society, or parts of society. (2)The advancement of health of children, young people and parents/carers of children/young people and the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or any other disadvantage of children and parents/carers of children/young people.Activities in furtherance of this will include: Building partnerships between voluntary, community and social enterprise (vcse) and public sectors on relevant issues and providing funding to vcse to support the advancement in life of children and young people, and the support of families, children and young people in need.
