The object[s] of the cio [is][are]to promote the relief of autistic people and their families and carers, in particular but not exclusively by:a) assisting in the treatment and care of those in need of therapy or rehabilitation as a result of such disorder by the provision of facilities and services;b) promoting and protecting the physical and mental health;c) the provision of support, education and practical advice.[nothing in this constitution shall authorise an application of the property of the cio for the purposes which are not charitable in accordance with [section 7 of the charities and trustee investment (Scotland) act 2005] and [section 2 of the Charities Act (northern ireland) 2008]]
