(I) To promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community within the local government district of the metropolitan borough of wolverhampton and specifically. (ii) to provide, or assist in the provision of facilities in the interest of social welfare, for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life of the said community. (iii) to provide for the protection of health and the relief of poverty, distress and sickness. (iv) to advance education.
